I’ve recently been covering lots of Food topics and events with chefs, sommeliers and industry experts and my camera is constantly by my side to catch the action.

This style of food photography is really exhilerating as often I have seconds to capture an image in a hot any steamy restaurant kitchen with challenging lighting conditions and staff running all around me. To get a good shot in these circumstances is really rewarding and what I love most is the realism that a good picture can trasmit.

It may seem calm in the dining room but it can be hot stuff in the kitchen!
