Cocktail art at Nottingham Forest
Voted one of the World’s Top 50 Bars, Nottingham Forest Cocktail Bar and it’s owner mixologist Dario Comini are one of Milan’s top cocktail destinations. The menu offers over 500 cocktails and is famed for it’s Bond (007) repertoire. Dario is one of the leading figures in mixology and has published many articles online (www.bartender.it) as well as a couple of books. I was lucky to discover the secret behind some of his most famous cocktails with a behind the scenes pass to a series of his monthly cocktail courses.
