Viviana and Sandra are the dynamic duo behind the hugely successful and recently Michelin starred “Alice” fish restaurant in Milan. With Viviana in the kitchen and Sandra and her sommelier skills in dining the pair complement each other perfectly. I’ve had the pleasure of both dining and experiencing behind the scenes and Alice remains one of my favourite restaurants.
